Working together
Who does ThornInteractive work with?
We work with businesses, nonprofits, and startups, from first time founders to established teams, mostly in Jackson and across the wider Southeast.
Where is the studio based?
We work from Coalesce Coworking at 109 S Gallatin St in downtown Jackson, Mississippi, and collaborate with clients both on site and remotely.
Can I hire you for just one deliverable?
Yes. Plenty of projects start with a single logo, brochure, or package and grow from there. A full rebrand is just as welcome.
What should I include in a first message?
Share the goal, who the work is for, the materials you need, and any date that matters. A few honest sentences are enough to get started.
Projects and delivery
What services do you offer?
Brand identity, print and marketing collateral, digital and social graphics, and packaging and environmental design, offered on their own or as one connected system.
How do you price a project?
Each project is quoted to its scope after a short conversation, usually as a fixed project fee so you know the number before we begin. We do not publish rate cards because no two briefs are the same.
How long will a project take?
Most focused deliverables run two to four weeks, and a full identity system usually takes six to ten. We agree on a realistic schedule before starting and hold to it.
What does the inquiry form actually do?
It prepares a message in your own email application with your details filled in. Nothing is submitted to or stored by this website, and our direct email sits right beside the form.
